The annual signature event of the association, the GGFA Owners’ Conference brings together franchisees from the domestic US and Canada to network, share information on best practices, and discuss concerns and opportunities for their business.
Hosted in a city that is the most popular choice among franchisees in our event planning surveys, the “OC” is the most highly attended owner event in the Gold’s Gym brand. Our supplier partners are also invited to join us to attend the open sessions, network with the owners and for Gold SPN Members to participate in Speed Sessions with the owners. A gala reception is always a favorite culmination of the first day, and offers an elegant and fun setting for mingling and catching up with everyone.
Day One is typically structured for gaining an outward perspective and often includes a keynote presenter and others presenting relevant messages supporting the event theme. Day Two is where we focus inward and hold a Closed Door Session and Town Hall Meeting for owners only.
The GGFA 2016 Owners’ Conference will once again be held in New York at the Grand Hyatt, next to Grand Central Terminal. As the event approaches, more information will be found here, including the links to registration, a passkey link and toll-free number for hotel room booking and a preview of the event agenda.
Franchisee Registration for GGFA Members will open early in the summer, with a special introductory rate for owners.
Supplier Registration for SPN Members will open in mid-summer, where suppliers can register their team, request display space and RSVP for the Cocktail Reception. The registration link will be sent directly to our supplier partners from GGFA Executive Director, Ginger Collins.
